The pipes are not made of copper; the first 10 cm of each pipe are made of copper, joined to plastic-coated aluminum pipes simulating this metal. During the installation attempt, the aluminum pipe broke, and upon discovering it was a scam, I opted to replace all the pipes with copper pipes, which are the correct ones. I have only been able to use the insulation... I consider myself scammed and request a refund.

The product does not charge. Tested with an external electronic tester, it cannot charge even after 24 hours. I will proceed with the return.
