With a diameter of 38 cm, this large pot offers sufficiently deep root space for popular large-leaved houseplants such as monstera, rubber plant, ficus and parlor palm, as well as small ornamental trees for the private garden. The integrated stable base lifts the pot slightly off the ground, protects against rising moisture, and makes it a central striking floor decor highlight in the large living room, house entrance area, conservatory, or at the edge of garden beds.
The breathable stoneware body naturally regulates soil moisture and ensures a constant oxygen supply to the plant roots. The drainage hole integrated in the base reliably drains excess water after intensive watering or rain. Thanks to the fully frost-resistant material quality, the pot can be used year-round both in the heated indoor space and on an unprotected terrace and in the open garden.
The entire outside of the pot is coated with a glossy, hand-fired, deep green high-gloss glaze and fully embossed with a repeated classic heart ornament pattern. The strong, natural green tone harmonizes perfectly with light wood flooring, concrete flooring, rustic and coastal decor, as well as any green planting. Natural subtle color variations in the glaze arise from the individual hand-firing process and emphasize the uniqueness of each piece.
The thick glaze layer is resistant to UV radiation, mechanical abrasion, and changing weather influences; even after years of sun exposure, the green color tone remains unchanged and glossy. In the case of dirt buildup from soil or dust, a brief wipe with a damp household cloth is enough to restore the like-new shine.
Each large pot is hand-modeled, relief-embossed, glazed, and individually fired. The smallest natural variations in relief depth and glaze flow are part of the typical handcrafted look and are not a quality defect.
