The bag is perfect. It fits well on my bus driver's trolley.. There is sufficient space plus a shoe compartment at the bottom and a waterproof pocket inside for e.g. a passport. Clear purchase recommendation!

The order arrived with a defect. The bag's handle doesn't work because the mechanism in the middle is almost broken. The handle cannot be pulled out of its socket.. I can't send data. Where in the chat should I put photos? Where do I type at all? I've made many orders with you, but now something has gone wrong.... Please give an answer.
