A real scam. I placed an order that included a No-Wash and a mask, and I have only received the mask. Therefore, one of the products I paid for is missing.. I have requested the refund corresponding to the product I have not received, that is, at least half of the order amount, and your response is that I have to return the product received. Do I really have to pay €24 for shipping costs to return a product to Korea, when the error was yours for not sending the complete order? I find it totally unfair and unacceptable.. I will not cover the expenses of a return caused by your error. I reiterate my request for a refund of the amount corresponding to the product I have not received, without the need to make a return.. The situation is a disgrace and I consider the way you are managing this incident to be totally abusive. I expect an immediate solution.

I placed an order on September 7, 2026. After my vacation, I received the shipment. Instead of the goods shown above with a set of 3 products, I only received one 50ml Riman Dermatology Cream for CHF 70.26. This is annoying. I wanted to send 4 photos, unfortunately I could only upload 1 photo. I would like to return this and receive a refund or please let me know if you will still deliver the other 2 products.
