HERMES Earthy Men's Eau De Toilette Two Piece Set Woody Eau De Toilette 50ml*2

The product meets the expectations of the order placed. However, the initial delivery deadline was not met. In fact, the delivery deadline was successively extended. This caused some frustration and doubts about your online sales platform.

I received the package well...but it took too long......I was supposed to give it as a gift, but I didn't receive it in real time....in any case .... Thank you

Order consistent with the description. Package delivered a little after the planned delivery.

The perfume finally arrived neatly and the scent is as expected. Unfortunately, I am less satisfied with the delivery. When ordering, a delivery time of 3 to 5 days was indicated, but in the end, I had to wait almost four weeks. The package turned out to be coming from China. For a purchase of €215, I found that quite nerve-wracking. I am glad it all turned out well in the end, but because of this experience, I will not order from Joom again.

"Animal head collection" instead, I received 1 perfume sample! I request a review of the correspondence where it is confirmed that it is about a collection. For this amount of money, it was obvious.. If I don't get a response, I will turn to consumer protection!

My order was for a completely different perfume than what was delivered to me. I demand a refund. What you delivered to me can be returned immediately!!!!!!

The item arrived without the branded outer packaging/film, i.e., unsealed. Accordingly, there are doubts - counterfeit, used.

My most favorite perfume. I hope they are always in stock 🙏🙏🙏🙏
