Delivery takes place after 20 days. The pendant was shipped in a plastic bag inside a beautiful gift box👍 in a bubble envelope as part of a bulk order. First of all I have to say it's really unfortunate😮‍💨 because the pendant doesn't match the product image. I made an order for over 100 PLN, the package did not arrive because the label did not include the house or apartment number. The website shows that the package was delivered, so I am not entitled to a guarantee, and the post office said that the package was returned to the sender. I received an SMS with the code needed for collection, but the package did not arrive and I did not provide this code, I just do not know why the status is "delivered". I wrote an email to the logistics department, no response so far.

I don't think it's silver, the 925 sterling logo is crushed hard to see. When it is silver, the 925 impression has to be uniform, well pressed, legible and with legal numbers. It lacks everything that I indicate written. Possibly I claimed misleading product price. In the end I was right, it is not silver, it is an alloy with another metal.
