Hello, I just received my order and it is a blatant counterfeit. The pair has major technical inconsistencies that are impossible on an authentic product from the Nike brand : The seller sold me a size EUR 40. However, the inner label shows the style code "IR0566-001". This code corresponds exclusively to Nike's Junior (GS) range, which has never been manufactured in size 40.. Furthermore, the label indicates "US 7Y = EUR 40". This is a gross printing error by the counterfeiters: in the official Nike size chart, size 7Y for children corresponds to a 39 EUR, not a 40.. Finally, the manufacturing dates printed under the style code show "09/10/25" and "11/05/25", which is totally inconsistent. As the product is illegal and non-compliant, I request a full refund of my 100 euros. I am attaching a clear photo of the inner label as absolute proof of the fraud.. cordially.

The sneakers cost €105. The packaging is €10. The box came new. But the sneakers look like they were display models. One of them smells like feet and you can see denim marks on the white areas. They have been cleaned very well, but you can see the blue color on one of them. The sneakers are fine. But for the price, I think the product should be 100% new. Also, you can tell from the feel when walking that the insole on one of them is deformed. Like someone has used it. I'm not giving them 5 stars because of that detail; I think a €105 sneaker should come 100% new.

I am very displeased with the delivery for several reasons: 1- It is sent by mail at a cheap rate, which means they do not call or deliver. They send it to the dwelling and only leave a notice that it does not fit in the mailbox. Two days later, they send me a notice to pick it up at a Correos branch that is 17 km from my house.. 2- the package arrives with a customs fee that I must pay. Circumstance that was not warned about by the seller nor by the platform. Adding the purchase plus customs, it has finally turned out more expensive than buying in a store. 3- Are they original?

The item is too short in length for size 38. I would like to return the item, but I cannot access a returns portal. I downloaded the app, but it did not work. I find it extremely difficult and very time-consuming. Furthermore, the delivery took too long. Additionally, 2 items from my order were subsequently cancelled. I will not be ordering here again. I hope to receive instructions for my return from customer service now.. Request for return instructions.

After one week the glue on the front site of both shoes loos its function to glue the upper material with the sole. After two weeks the adhesive power of the glue all around both shoes. Maybe next week I have to walk without a sole? The second problem is the transparent material on the front side. Originally, it is clear and you can look through. On the left shoe, approximately 30% of this transparent material has become intransparent (like milk glass).
