The first photo I sent you is the model I received, it is not the model I ordered and paid for, and the second is the one I ordered. Thank you for rectifying your error as quickly as possible because with the shipping times I think I won't have it for Christmas.

The WIG order what I bought online is not even Lace Front as in the picture ( £17.10 Christmas Synthetic Lace Front wig ) they sent me another Tracking Order wig, It's already FUNNY what JOOM company does with my orders. What I noticed it's not even the first time when JOOM/company/App make fun of the customer orders 😡 Name, I am a customer. Kind Regards.

Both products arrived broken and no way to click for a refund, followed the instructions to get in touch and loops me back to where I started. would appreciate if the company could get in touch with me asap to arrange refund. Also the item was not boxed for transit so was inevitable it would be damaged. Shame because it would have been a lovely ornament.
