Доставка йшла дуже довго - більше місяця. Якість товару чудова, але розмір занадто великий. Написав запрос на повернення але до сих пір ніякої відповіді не отримав. Новий запрос відправити не можу так як пише що вже відправлено запрос. Дуже шкода!!!

It arrived in great condition, everything was right in the little box, which itself is a treat. The watch is gorgeous. Only in the photo it looks like a duller dark grey, and it's shinier. But it has a touch of dark grey with bronze and the dial is beautiful. The only complaint I have is that I ordered at the beginning of July and it only arrived today, September 8th. I wasn't expecting it to arrive anymore 😂

The item was delivered in damaged packaging. Furthermore, the watch has other defects; it was roughly processed and always jams. Therefore, it is not possible to wear it; it pinches and traps the skin. When moving the hand, one hears rattling and the metals wobbling. The watch has quality defects and cannot be worn.

This watch is a fake. I have tried to contact this company to request a return and full refund and they keep ignoring my requests. Do not purchase from this website. They took 2 months to deliver this Counterfeit product. The worst seller in every way. Avoid at all costs. The colour is not Pink. It is a dirty off White/Warm based Cream colour.

The product is fake. I am really disappointed and didn’t expect this because the price was not cheap it was the same price like when you order from michael kors. On the picture you can see the differences between an original and fake from joom. The weight and quality is also very cheap and different than the real one. Do not buy. Scam
