I submitted a request to customer service for a return because the indicated size is the correct one, i.e., size 39, but the shoe is considerably smaller. I thought: could the sizing be different when purchasing from abroad? For the rest, the model conforms to the one in your catalog. I am now waiting for customer service to tell me how to proceed with the return and to which address. Then, for the credit, I will choose something else or another pair, another model.
This time it looks like the picture...however, the top eyelets were actually NOT like that in the photo...the top ones should have hooks where you cross-lace the shoelaces...also the heel is not exactly a kitten heel...but I will keep them now, even though I am not 100% satisfied...
Terrible quality. Plastic smell and way too thin. Not fit for purpose. I don't think these are genuine leather. The smell is all wrong and not at all sturdy.
