The package took quite long (a month and a half) to arrive to the Czech Republic but I am really satisfied with everything else – the fabric of the bag looks much sturdier and better made than I hoped and the print is bright and colourful. I ordered the biggest size and though the straps are on the shorter side, they are just long enough to carry over the shoulder comfortably. Definitely recommend! P.S. I was a bit baffled about the fact that Lana’s face in the artwork is a bit freckled (see photo). This is not visible in the stock image and could easily look weird, but I actually find it cute/interesting.

This is my only means of contacting you. I did not receive this order. It was delivered to a wrong address. The delivery company has acknowledged these. Please can you replace my order and deal with the delivery company you used to get your refund. I still need it teaspoons. It is faster if you replace them and then you deal with the delivery company your selves. Evri delivery company have acknowledged that they have lost the parcel. Please help me. I have given it a 5 because you did your bit. It's the delivery company who lost it. Regards

Absolutely ridiculous.. I bout these for £33 thinking I would get 4 of each cutlery.. I got 1 knife 1fork 1 spoon and 1 teaspoon .. They won't let me return them for a refund... And to top it off they are now ignoring me even though I've sent numerous emails.. Will never buy off this site again... Just to clarify joom you are a rip off

Delivery took longer than expected, the size delivered was not what I ordered. What was ordered was 160x200 cm 25 cm high, what was delivered was 180 x 200 cm 25 cm high. I will therefore not use this platform further, as this item can also be purchased significantly cheaper via Amazon.

The item arrived was not the one requested, I had asked for butter knives, serrated knives arrived, indecent packaging. I am extremely disappointed. First and last time I order on Joom.

it was smaller than I expected but it still looks very nice and neat. The print on it is very clear and I'm so excited to have an ash bag 😭💪
