Купувала раніше в єві такий, він робив моє волосся шовковистим, блискучим, підлога(коли розприскувач попадав на підлогу-була слизька) тут і натяку не має на це. Потребую повернення коштів!

Please confirm that you have received my complaint and inform me of the exact timeframe for the refund process. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to leave appropriate reviews and contact buyer protection services

The description says there will be 4 creams, I could have easily ordered them elsewhere for 1/3 of the price, for me it's a scam. Of course, only one cream arrived.. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as help on the website, although in the support description it is written in the upper right corner. I am ordering from their website for the last time, there is more misleading information than helpful. I don't even know how to file a complaint
