Order arrived safely. problem with the size: too small. I can't connect to the return procedures. Could you tell me how to proceed with an exchange or a return simply. thanks in advance cordially
The rubbers at the transitions are not fixed and slip again and again. The handle is foam and is no longer present. Nevertheless, the leash withstands almost 20kg of pull.
Unfortunately received completely the wrong item. This twice over. What also didn't work there, What I got I could have gotten cheaper. Unfortunately very disappointed because of this.
Thank you very much JOOM, my 15-year-old cat POUNGA really appreciates this beautiful comfortable harness that holds him better than other simple and thin harnesses. Miaou-Miaou JOOM 💯🐱🫠😻
In the photo there is a clear saying of 8 sets, but I got sent only 2 sets. There is a clear confusion between what is stated in the image.
I ordered the letters L U C I E...So far, the support has not responded to my contact! These arrived…
The collar is not the color ordered and the inside is plastic and not felt to protect the dog's neck.
The received order is missing 2 pieces of leashes. I bought 2 sets of collar+leash as was in the offer.
