Because the shoes have minimal glue stains and scratches inside the heel, and the black high heel shows the heel a little bit when wearing the shoe. And that the delivery took a long time. Otherwise for the price Super the highheels are beautiful.
They are very beautiful but unfortunately the measurements are not reliable enough: they are 0.5 cm short of the size just announced. For high heels this is difficult to get around: you are forced to take them off often, so walking is not possible with them. Just a little at home or in a restaurant you go to by taxi. A shame...
The shoes are too small I’ve tried to contact joom but can’t !!! I have clicked on my orders then the product I ordered to start return process but no chat or help is available they have my money and I have a product that does not fit I feel I have been scammed treating customers like this is not good business I just want a bigger size !!!!
Beautiful high heel as in the order picture, Only that the shoe shows the heel a little when worn and that there is a small glue stain on the shoe and also small scratches inside the heel. Otherwise a beautiful shoe, runs a bit small and narrow. But great beautiful high heels.
The shoes were great BUT is it possible that the same shoes can be made with a flat sole no heel ?? If it it at all possible I would like to order that same pair of shoes again BUT as flat shoes like a pair of ballerinas. Thank you for your help Regards Chrissie B
Disappointed by the quality of the product. At the back of the heel, you can clearly see the stitching, which is also creased.. Shoes to wear only once, because the quality is bad. I am going to return them.
