Доставка дуже довга більше двох місяців,відстежуватися почала на другому місяці. Як що порівнювати з тими що я купляла в Україні то коробочка меньша і пігулки в яскраво жовті оболонці, попробовала на смак то нібито такі самі.
Товар прийшов! Дуже насторожив зовнішній вигляг обгортки, але все добре, все ціле. Заказую вже не один раз. Мамі дуже допомогає. Каже набагато краще бачити стала. Рекомндую. Дякую
Замовляв 3й раз. Каменів позбувся. Один з заказів не відправляв тиждень. Звернувся у підтримку,скасували через 10 днів автоматично
Замовила дві штуки, прийшла одна.
The order was placed on December 14. Eye drops walls have expired 5 months before order. the seller is not serious enough. You are selling things that have expired. I want a refund. The delivery was made on February 12. It means that the eye drops are 7 months from the expiry date. The order was placed on 14th december 2023 and it was expired before they shipped. That means that the eyedrops was expired 5 months before I placed the order. Which means the seller is not very serious at his work,how can you sell expired stuff? I received the order on February 12,which means they are already 7 months older then the expire date. refund was fast thanks to team joom.......
Item arrived late but still in time. I also had to pay customs duties. So for me, it's not worth it now if I bought the waiting time, customs duty. I can calculate everything together, look at it, test it, buy it and take it with me right away.. noja now it is there .... and is used...
I had to pay customs 50% of the value of the item. Seems like an absolute hoax to me.. In the end, the excessive price and also comes a loose blister pack, without a box and without a prospectus for use. I have many doubts about taking it without guarantees.
