Hello I was sincere to have bought a bed duvet and I received a pillowcase and a bed sheet not the bed sheet and I want an exhausted duvet to go with my new bed which is electric a twin xl when I received my order I have to stay frozen because I had pink material with black hearts it is on who I missed the stoic please I would like to have the 2 pillowcases a drat. contour and a flat bed plus a duvet exhausted 5 to 6 inches plus the scale that I miss I will return your pieces of laundry hahaha please answer me or call if you speak French thank you very much and you can see that he has no site to enter a duvet if I am wrong please explain to me thank you
Both pillowcases are missing, so I am not willing to pay the full amount as long as the issue isn't resolved ! The way it looks I can't return it and the seller won't be sending me those 2 missing Pillow cases. Seems like to me that they don't believe me that the order is incomplete. Otherwise the fabric is great-soft to the touch and very comfy to sleep on it
Nothing to complain about the quality of the fabrics. Even after washing at 40° nothing to move and given the quality I think it will hold up over time. On the other hand, the pink is more a light baby pink than the flash pink that we can see and the part that looks purple / gray is in fact a very simple mouse gray but I remain happy with my purchase.
Very warm bedspread is in very soft flannel, the color is a very nice warm yellow suitable for any environment! I am happy with the purchase and the timeliness in which it arrived! Great seller! I love all his home linens 🥰 I want to take advantage of these sales on Joom to buy from him again!
