They didn't send my order, I received a box with something else. that has nothing similar. I was deceived, deliberately. In addition to delaying the delivery and leaving the order at another location, not my address. they still send a product that has nothing in common, if they had sent another suitcase, I could think it was a mistake, but here it is clear that it was a fraud. I was deceived. The JOOM website doesn't have a place where you can register this. The Chat only works on the app and says the waiting time is 24 hours to be answered. The app tells you to register the complaint on the website and the website opens a QR code to use the app. That is, everything to make life difficult for those who were deceived. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

When I fill the small side pocket, the outer tips rub against the spokes. It would be much better if these small pockets were sewn onto the large surfaces on the sides. This is the case with both bikes !!! Too bad, but otherwise ok. Kind regards Reinhard Ender

The item does not match the description .. It is described as a silicone item, but it is actually made of low quality plastic.. It's absolutely not worth the price !!!! You as the customer should collect the item at your own expense!!

It came well packaged, arrived within the estimated time, the size is as indicated, the only criticism is that the magnets that hold the keyboard to the cover should be slightly stronger, but with the ones it has they serve the purpose perfectly.

correct return processing, instead of a mobile phone (Nokia 6300 4G - 3Mk 1Up) a screen protector was delivered, the title of the article is wrong, the description is bad, Thank you
