I’m extremely disappointed! The plate arrived completely shattered. I paid 82.80 in total, including shipping and fees, and the packaging was absolutely unacceptable. The ceramic plate wasn’t even wrapped in bubble wrap — it was simply placed in a cardboard box! Ceramic items must be properly protected during shipping! How can anyone expect a fragile plate to arrive intact with such careless packaging? This is completely unacceptable. I expect a full refund. Although the texture and color are as in the image. The height of the braid is not and does not fulfill its function. It is not enough to protect the baby's head. It's a shame because I love it but it doesn't work for me. They should put real images and not fictitious ones that mislead the buyer. And put the exact measurements of the product.

It says it must be 35*38. But it is only 33*35. So much smaller I took photos with measure as proof I have no idea who is measuring that, but you can't even read 35 and 38 with your imagination

It's made of glass, it's good, when the baby is born I will use it with love, even though I plan to breastfeed
