Set of 6 Christmas Stocking Napkin Rings in Alloy, with Gift and Soldier Accent, Enamel Napkin Holders for Rolled Napkins at Holiday Dinners and

Brol.

Lelijke 2d hanger. Lijkt er totaal niet op

Het is kapot en vervormt aangekomen

The item I ordered took a couple of weeks to arrive, which is not bad for goods from China. It was incomplete, though. I wanted to give Joom a chance to put things right, so I tried my best to contact Joom via their website, via their QR code and via their help centre. None of these worked, so I am obliged to leave a so-so review to warn others that Joom make it very difficult to get redress. I won't be ordering again from Joom as they don't seem to care - they got my money. This review is more a reflection of their after sales service than about the product.

Caution regarding EU orders. The item does not include an EU adapter or the possibility to use it in the EU. You have to buy an extra transformer, not just a plug, which is not stated in the description. US standard here does not mean it can be used in the EU without problems with an adapter, as with many other devices.

- The clothing of one of the 2 skeletons does not match the description of my order. (the one on the left in my photo). - Impossible to put on the banjos because the hands are upside down. - they are absolutely not "illuminated", no red lights in the eyes. I am really disappointed with this order!!
