After I used the bag less than 10 times, both closing straps came off the zippers; one unfortunately got lost. This bag also had a terrible odor that even the people around me could smell.

Well considering I bought 5 bags 3 very similar one £15 this one £40 other £70 there’s no difference feel very cheated

Very disappointed. Really small. Original picture gives a much larger picture of the chain pocket.

Misshapen handbag I can't get it back into shape. Very disappointed

Product with great quality and an excellent presentation

I received the bag incomplete, the bag straps are missing

I love it! It is just as they describe it

It's as I expected, I like it
