I am requesting a refund for this product because it shows no proof of authenticity, which makes it clearly understandable to me that it is a counterfeit. Furthermore, the product leaked (spilled) during transport, as you can see in the photo.. Having used this product for a very long time, I know for a fact that this one is a fake. I therefore request the immediate refund of my money. Thank you.

The product does not match the original. The original is on the left in the photo; what the seller sent is on the right. I do not recommend it. The font, the box, and the dimensions are different. You’re selling an acne treatment. Have you considered what effects a counterfeit product might have on someone’s face? You’re lying and deceiving people.

Totally annoyed that I didnt receive the item I actually ordered !!!!! Ordered THRIVE not a cheap Chinese imitation !!!!! Delivery was quoted 3 to 8 days as shipped from GB but has taken over 12 days !!!! Not impressed at all !!!!!!! Would give zero stars if I could !!!!

Unfortunately to my disappointment, what I received is a downgraded fake version of the Skull Panda Lightning doll. Looks nothing like the original as shown in the pictures shown by the seller. I am utterly disappointed and want to receive a refund.

The item arrived damaged and incomplete (the backpack was torn inside and the shoulder straps were missing). The problem was reported immediately after receiving the order, and there has been no response whatsoever. I do not recommend
