The sandals are beautiful. The size was very good and, as all the reviews say, they are heavy. However, I am extremely dissatisfied with the shipping wait time. The seller took several days to process my purchase, and that caused everything to be delayed. I do not recommend.
These shoes look cheaply made and go the name of UGG no justice . I’ve tried numerous ways to try to return them but JOOM website is impossible. I’m very unhappy with this service and I tend to report to the consumer act regulatory body.

The sandals are designed for a wide foot. Choose the size based on the length of your feet in the table. The strap at the back is tight, you cannot move your leg backward.
It took me a month to arrive and they are too small for me, I am trying to make the return to have them send me the return label and I am having trouble with the process
