The 'so called' tool for remove/ screw for watertap filter, adapters etc didn't grip at all around the object. It was actually sliding like if it was greased... Pressed a bit on the tool.. response: more sliding Pressed even harder... Then one of the handles snapped off/broken because it's made of crappy plastic. Are YOU looking at this tool on the JOOM site right now? Considering buying it? I just say: Don't do it! It should be a severe punishment to steal money from people by producing and selling worthless crap like this product.

Doesn't work, despite several attempts, on a 22.5W power bank or on a direct USB socket from the mains, maybe in a few days when it has acclimatized !! After 1 week and several attempts, still nothing, it still doesn't work 😡🤬 So after the baking soda instead of the 2 pumps ordered, now a pump that doesn't work!!
