It is smaller in length and width, the handles are made of pieces at the ends and it is nowhere near as in the picture and in the description. It is a material like a thin film, it came very stiff, it has nothing inside to keep its shape, not even an air balloon. Where it joins part to part it is painted with something black and very sticky and unpleasant. I am very disappointed and do not recommend buying such a product. I hope to get my money back.

I am very disappointed with my bag as I ordered a light grey and received a brown one and could not get an email address to ask about it. Also, I could not submit the return button as it would not let me send it. It is such a shame as everything else I have ordered from you has been great, just the bag, as I wanted the grey for holidays in the summer.
