I ordered suitcase wheels, but they don't fit. I have 3 suitcases of different sizes and different manufacturers, all with the same wheels, but not the same ones they sent me. They are distinguished by an upper platform to which the wheels are attached. It is wider and lower. I added a photo of the old wheel and the new one. The mounting locations are also different.
One wheel wasn't the right size. You can see it was different by the code you see inside the wheel. It was hard to adjust to the suitcase because it didn't match. Quality looks fine. Came fine, not damaged. This is my first purchase on Joom. It's just a pity that this is my first impression.
Hello I received 2 small boxes, two 2 wheels each, but 1 is not what I ordered. 2 bigger than the others and it's the same as the small ones that I wanted so they don't fit on the suitcase.
