The device is very weak, the description says it uses the SmartLife app, which is not true, it uses the CozyLife app. The switch itself is not stable, very often it is unavailable, I ordered 3 pieces and all 3 had the same behavior. This is happening right under the Wi-Fi access point. I am really disappointed. I spent a lot of time to integrate them into Home Assistant, it is difficult and does not work with the official Cozy integration.

One pair sings and the other doesn't 👎 I have one month and 10 days and the headphones don't play at all anymore, the first pair didn't even play from the beginning and the second pair now doesn't even play I didn't drop them in the water, I didn't do anything, and out of the blue it stopped playing 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ yes, it's charging, but it sang 👎👎👎👎👎

the article is ok, but wrongly advertised: I received a black device that does not beep at 0 resistance, as advertised in the title. Since the last one was the main reason for the purchase, I cannot use it. I request a refund.

The trimmer arrived in 3 weeks, corresponds to the picture, comes complete with charging cable and brush. It arrived already charged. I tried it at work and it did a pretty good job, cleaning lint off clothes.. I recommend the seller.

The actual phone itself and the tiny amount of paperwork in the box are all in Chinese language. If I had known all upfront then I wouldn't have purchased the product.

Great part, but unfortunately it has to be permanently connected to a USB-C cable to use it. After the description pictures, I thought it had a battery that you had to charge beforehand

My order number 9NW9DEJ8 was stolen when I opened the mailbox. The package was open. A disgrace to see with the express delivery person
