It doesn't connect via Bluetooth, the keyboard connected for a few seconds, but it disconnected immediately, and the mouse didn't connect at all. Both were charged. Finally the keyboard connected but the mouse doesn't fit. It has a USB type A from that big one, and the tablet doesn't have such a port. It's useless to have the keyboard if it doesn't have a touchpad or mouse. And the support service is useless. It wastes time, asks for pictures, videos.

Hello, I have used the bracelet very little and it is peeling, that is to say the yellow color is disappearing, the advertisement said that the color would not come off even with sweat.. Will someone be able to answer? The description says stainless product!

I ordered silver 925 no. 11 (21mm), and I received silver-plated metal measuring 19mm. It is not made of the metal I paid for and is too small! I demand a full refund. I bought it in China, and I have an invoice from Lithuania. What kind of scam is this?

I can only describe the "image" on the ring as a cuddle. This ring was obviously made by a carelessly programmed machine.

The ring lacks the 14 karat stamp as in the photo, and the quality card is also missing. Therefore, for me, it is not a genuine ring.

I received the order on time, the necklace looks great. Will order from Joom for special requests.

Is offered as 925 Sterling Silver in the heading. The stone is smaller than a pea and not beautiful.

The ring is advertised with 595 proof, but when I received it, it was a simple band that costs 201 lei.
