The plastic door has a crack and is damaged Apparently the packaging was not appropriate for the contents or DHL did not handle it carefully. or was already damaged before shipping I want to return the item, please send me a DHL sticker, return label and send me a new undamaged item at the same time this is now the 3rd complaint and no answer to date what is that supposed to mean the item is damaged now I want my money back

In the catalogue image, the values read are 220v 330µf, exactly the same as the part it was meant to replace and which I ordered. In the regulator you sent me, 250v 220µf is indicated, therefore it is unusable for me! I waited 15 days for nothing..

Normal mechanical pencils! It's just that the button on the 0.3 pencil doesn't press all the way in, but it still works fine! All mechanical pencils work well, I recommend. 👍🏻
