The only information provided in the description is “CN version”, which I believe is not clear or meaningful enough for many customers. I also don’t understand why anyone would order such a product to any European country if it can only be used in China. It is a waste of money, a disappointment, and the result of poor and incomplete product information, as well as poor handling of customer complaints.

Why is a advertised adapter included that cannot be used in Germany? Due to its shape, it simply does not fit into German sockets.
