Very happy with the product and service. I needed a hard-to-find set of brake pads clips for my Pajero Sport. Genuine part supplies were few and far between, and very expensive, so I decided to take a punt on a very cheap set from Joom. And I am glad that I did! Identical looking clips that fit well. Took around 10 days to arrive from China, but genuine ones from Japan would have arrived no faster. Recommended.

Everything perfect, excellent information, excellent timing. I recommend using this platform full of excellent products and fair prices. Fully satisfied, I will use it for future purchases.

It says item delivered but I never got any text messages or pin in order to pick up and there’s nobody to help you, I won’t recommend

This item doesn't work. I would like a full refund. €39.33 is a lot of money to spend on something that doesn't work.

The product doesn't hold the ball joints in place; the adjustments are too loose and no adjustments are possible.
