3 small ink pens, which only needed a small envelope for transport, took 6 weeks to transport from China to me in Germany!!!! They were still with the German shipping provider for 14 days until they were sent to me from any German collection point!!! That's no longer okay today - in the age of globalization and worldwide ONLINE commerce, it puts JOOM in a bad light, no matter where the company's headquarters are, in Ukraine or Latvia!!!! I'll really think long and hard before my next purchase whether I'll buy something via JOOM again!!

Awful service, they initially sent wrong product and only 4 out or 7. After 23 emails......... They agreed to a 50% refund only. I wanted 100% and I would have sent the goods back. This was refused! I was very disappointed and have not used joom since. I have bought 60+ products in the past but the lack of customer service has put me off ever buying anything over £10 again.

There are no electrical terminals in the parcel, which are on the last photo of the seller. There is only a plastic case and 2 insulators. Cannot be used without terminals. Hello I am writing for this company from which I recently started to place orders. well organized company with good and quality products. shipped on time and compact. nothing can be lost along the way. very good relations with the seller. thanks JOOM I would have preferred an official package with instructions for use

I ordered a charger for the morning watch for the child, because the one on the watch burned out. This charger is much better than the original one and the charger magnet is better than the original watch

The key is not valid for the radiators of a lifetime. The key is bigger than what is needed. A shame because the quality is very good.
