I ordered two t-shirts from Joom - this one was actually the better of the two and the quality was still appalling! The lettering is wobbly and bubbly in places where it has not adhered properly to the fabric. The so-called refund policy is proving to be non-existent with instructions leading you to a link, that simply, is not there! Needless-to-say, I won't be purchasing anything else from Joom and I would advise everyone else to stay away.

majority of the print was okay, but there's a huge segment of one of the faces on the back of the shirt that was unprinted . color should also be mentioned by name in the description by the seller instead of just using the phot as a color guide. it looks more like a baby blue in the product photo but in reality it's a bright bright turquoise:/ . however the sizing was accurate.

The quality of the fabric is absolutely abysmal for the price. I have tried multiple times to get my money back and was repeatedly rejected. Terrible customer service (everything with AI) they don't read anything properly. Now I'm stuck here with ugly sweaters and lost money. Will never order from this website again.
