Ik heb een maat 45 besteld maar dit lijkt meer op een 40 ik wil zeker mijn geld terug dit is helemaal niet wat ik he besteld en ik he langer dan een maand gewacht de kwaliteit zelf is ook heel slecht.

Heel slecht, vier dagen wacht van adres terug te sturen. Ik helaas krijg geen reactie.

Verkeerde kleur gekregen! Had rood besteld en kreeg bruine laarsjes. Erg jammer!

Beforehand, I measured my foot length (as requested and described = 28.4 cm) and then ordered the recommended size 47 according to the information in the purchase advertisement! I normally wear a 44.5 (according to the description, the shoes should be considerably smaller and then correspond to my usual size) ! I have now tried the shoes and they are much or considerably too big! I would like to return them! What do I have to do and where do I have to send them? ? The shoes arrived in the condition shown in the photos, and now the hit - in response to the complaint, I received advice: "Regarding creases: we recommend stuffing the footwear firmly with paper or soft fabric, then you can place a damp towel on the creased areas and direct hot air from an iron or hairdryer onto it. Next, remove the towel and leave the moccasins to dry naturally. If the creases do not disappear after this procedure, please inform us." The only thing is that when buying the shoes (for over PLN 150 + shipping costs), there was no mention of the aforementioned "user manual". The quality is worse than from a stall for thirty zlotys....

Red shoes were delivered, but in a different design. There were communication problems with Joom, I wanted to log in, the password was incorrect, the message when resetting said I should click the link in the email. The email never arrived.. I reported it to Paypal, should send the shoes back, which costs 20 Euros to Latvia. The package is at a station there because no one is at the address and no one at the parcel station is picking up the return. I hope I get the money back. The shoes that were delivered do not match the photo and are really ugly.
