Different sizes exist in the world. In Europe, 2XL is almost too big, and in Asian regions, they are much smaller. It depends on the manufacturers... sometimes the item fits, and if not, one has to find a private solution. The same applies to shoe sizes, e.g., 39... sometimes 40 fits, sometimes 41, and also too tight.

The sweatshirt is too small. Instead of size XL, it's M. I want to file a complaint and exchange it for a larger size. Unfortunately, I don't have an email address, customer support isn't working, and I don't have the return address for the item. Please urgently provide me with the contact details so I can file a complaint, return the sweatshirt, and receive the correct one in size XL.

I'm usually a size adult small but this item was more like a child's size so going off the size I received which was supposedly adult small, I reordered it in adult large because going off the sizes even a medium would be too small, let's hope it fits when I receive it 🤞🏽

These sizes are typically two sizes too small so I ordered accordingly. Very happy with them as was my son. Arrived the day before Christmas even though I left it until the last minute. Note that they are see through (no lining) which is interesting. Thank you!
