Heel leuk de special van de Stitch labubu's,heel schattige knuffel

Het is wat ik had verwacht. Ik ben tevreden

I am disappointed with the product that was sent to me already the quality seems mediocre but especially I ordered and paid for a 21 cm plush and I received a 10 cm one this is not what I ordered already in the past I had a problem with another item. I am really disappointed with your platform and I doubt that you control the quality of what is sold by your platform plus your policy of returning products at the customers' expense is scandalous with such a commercial policy I am surprised that your company does not go bankrupt I would not recommend you to my friends anyway I no longer intend to order items because there I was forced to order because I had a credit of points I intend to close your application after the resolution of this new problem cordially commplutôt to avoid

I have to be completely honest and put my hand up. I was so skeptical about this arriving after I placed the order. I didn't read any reviews until after I purchased it (my fault) and assumed I was going to have a similar experience. But lo and behold, the teddy came! I had no idea when I was ordering it that it would be coming from China so of course it took a couple of weeks to arrive, but I wanted to post a review to say that everything worked out fine in this case and my Son is so happy with it. Great experience.

The product page clearly stated that this is an ORIGINAL Labubu. I didn’t question the price, as it’s well known that prices in China are lower than in Europe. However, what I received were non-original figures. The brown one has a noticeably crooked face, and the other one is made somewhat better, but it is still obviously not original. Delivery was right on time — no issues there. Please, don't mislead other buyers. Do not list the product as original if it isn't, even if it is a relatively high-quality replica.

Absolutely disgraceful. Not the same product. Wrong character. Very cheaply made. Tracking from overseas yet arrived via Vinted in Uk. Tracking is false. Looks secondhand. Requested partial refund to save me shipping costs back. Requested to be sent to payment card and received joom credit which cannot be withdrawn. Why do I want credit as I clearly won’t be ordering from joom again! Liers and con artists.

Completely disappointing... they pretend they are collector's items from Fifa... they deliberately kept the backs hidden in the pictures so you wouldn't see they have pendants on the back, furthermore they are much smaller than described... it was my first order and never again... Greetings from Germany
