Finally in one of the fantastic shops present here on Joom I found this magnificent pair of Fila shoes that I had been looking for for a long time !! 😍🎸 The model in particular is the Ray F Low 1010578-01M, one of the most beautiful ever made by this brand which, having been released in 2019, has become very rare to find !! 🔝🔥 The 3 iconic colors of the brand (white, red and blue) combine to give rise to a shoe with a sinuous and simply irresistible shape !! 🤍❤️💙 These are very high quality synthetic leather sneakers that I can use with a tracksuit to train but also to go out and create a casual look with jeans. 💪🏼 There is careful attention to detail and finishing of the shoe, the Fila logo is clearly visible both on the side and on the front and back (as you can see from the photos). 💯📸 The upper is white with red and blue profile details. 👏🏼🔝 The logo applied on the tongue is in relief. 🤩 The closure is with tone-on-tone cotton laces. 💯 The interior is in blue fabric. 💙 The outer sole is 3 cm. rubber in white, red and blue. 🔝🔝🔝 I chose the number 43 which suits me perfectly; I feel very comfortable and I could walk for miles without feeling any fatigue !! 😁😎 The shipping was very fast (only 4 working days) and totally free !!! ⚡️💸 A service that I really appreciate here on Joom: the absence of shipping costs !! 👏🏼 The package was well packed and intact. 📦✌🏼 I highly recommend purchases from this shop, ButyJana, present in the platform that makes your dreams come true, JOOM !! 🎉🎸 I think I will place more orders from ButyJana in the future (the products are all original, of the highest quality and arrive at lightning speed). 😉

This shipped from (I think) Poland, so it took several days, compared to next day with local online retailer. I received nothing at my home, but then the Joom website showed it as "available at the retrieval point", but there was no information about where the retrieval point was or which courier company was used. Eventually I just searched the Tracking number from Joom website and found it was shipped with DPD. By tracking it directly on their site, I found where it had been delivered to. The trainers were very nice quality, but a bit too small; I am sometimes a 45 EU size, but in this case I need at least size 46. So now I have to try the returns process!

I bought some Puma shoes on Joom, but unfortunately they were very hard on the foot, I asked for a return by sending messages to the assistance for about 10 days I finally received as a response that they do not have the seller's address they will have to look for it, in conclusion I gave the shoes away, and I lost 53 euros thrown away, of course if I have to advise my friends to shop on Joom I will explain my misadventure, for my part I will no longer shop on joom it is not right to throw away 53 euros, it was mine right to make the return, I put 2 stars only for the package arrived on time
