Mooi

The earrings were a forced choice: I had ordered a bunny 5 months ago. The wrong bunny arrived. I had the amount credited to my Joom account and reordered it. For the SECOND time, THE SAME WRONG bunny arrived!! So, obviously, I asked to be refunded the 13.70 euros to my card, but they didn't do it (SUPER UNFAIR) and they credited points back to my account on the site. Meanwhile, the bunny had increased by 2 euros, and any item I chose had a hefty FIVE euros for shipping. I ordered this pair of earrings because they were the only ones at 8 euros (+ 5 euros shipping) that I could buy with the 13.70 euros in points on the site. They are tiny, smaller than a gnat, and for 13 euros, it's truly a rip-off! With 13 euros on Temù, I buy at least 5 pairs, much larger and much cuter. I will never buy anything on Joom again.

Hi good morning seller i received today the product arrive excellent package thanks so much the product is high quality and thanks for very fast shipping high quality high recommend seller and thanks so much for company joom 👍💯🌹 excellent service and excellent communication high recommend this company

I received my earrings, they are beautiful but I don't like them because they don't fit in the ear because they have an extra portion that doesn't stick to the ears well, and in addition this potion that stays in the air from the earrings is glued and does not stand straight , but otherwise it looks good!

I'm not good on the ear, I'd say it doesn't fit well on the ear! I was waiting for them, but I was disappointed!

A piece of the flower is broken off as you can see from the picture . I got some glue for the piece that was broken off so far it's stayed on have not worn them yet, but disappointed to receive the item this way
