I have tried to get the matter sorted and get a refund as the trousers are most definitely not the size they advertise them at. Be very careful buying these as if you have a problem the does not sort it for you. I feel very angry that this has not been sorted. Sent pictures etc with a detailed description and this has fallen on deaf ears. Don't waste your money buy British and at least you have some redress if you have a problem.

Cute gloves, but the original order photo showed fur and now the photo has changed and is the same as the gloves received which are furry but not with the. fur coat. What a shame!

Site says wool felt but the product is a mix of cotton and polyester. Band was also coming off inside the packaging and the delivery driver forced it in our mailbox.

This is not a sweater for autumn and winter, it's thin, looks like a t-shirt with sleeves finished with a cuff like on sweatpants, the color is not gray but dull, not worth its price
