I didn't expect much. One star is only for the price. The quality is truly insufficient. The information under the item is incorrect. It should contain a cotton content of 10%. However, it is 100% polyester. Likewise, the hoodie can only be washed at a maximum of 30 degrees. On the homepage it says 40 degrees. The colors appear extremely pale and washed out. The lettering on the front is also completely blurry. Additionally, the hoodie smells strongly of chemicals. Since the return shipping far exceeds the value of the goods, we will probably be stuck with the 22 euros. However, the sweater will go into the general waste.
Quality was OK, Delivery was a long time but it was coming from China and i did not realize that so won't be using Joom again. Ordered a small and it was way too big. Won't be ordering again as with the wait and size my hoody went straight in the bin so a total waste of everybody's time.
My girlfriend is very satisfied :> The expected arrival was 23.12 --> 3.1 or something, but it actually arrived 21.12. I was worried it woudn't arrive in time, but it arrived even better than advertised! First time I ordered anything from Joom, happy that it turned out just fine. :)
