Mvgr. Astrid Takken
My delivery states it has been delivered but I haven't received my order and it wasn't kept in a safe space. I am trying to retrieve proof of delivery image but I can't find it. I was away on holiday so I didn't have the chance to chase this up. Delivery took longer than expected and I still haven't received my order. Kindly provide full refund of items purchased please. Thank you.

Received today my beautiful double-sided mirror except that I had forgotten to mention one magnifying side thank you Joom happy 😀💛 same it is beautiful but not magnifying on one side thank you to Canada Post who delivered it to me 😀👍
Both arrived broken, one had its glass smashed and to glue it back together and have glass replaced, when items put in the display bottom fell out on the floor when moved.
This article has an extension, but it is completely useless because the bracelet can no longer be closed.
The shoes are slightly too small and too narrow. I hereby request a return.
Have tested it, can highly recommend it. Makes very beautiful skeins.🥰🥰♥️♥️😊😊
