I cannot pair this controller. I wrote before and asked if it was a DC motor but did not receive an answer. Please inform me if it is for a DC or AC motor because I cannot pair it. The light works and reacts, but the fan does not work and makes strange noises. I was supposed to receive the one from the picture, but I received a black controller and it does not work in my fan. Please refund my money and tell me how I should return this controller? Thank you. An electrician was at my place and unfortunately, only something buzzes in this controller when I try to start it, but the light works correctly. What I read says: --(the built-in capacitor has incorrect parameters and cannot excite the motor – you need to complain or replace it with a model with a larger capacitance expressed in µF).

These are not the products I ordered I ordered two identical shirts in different sizes I did not receive the same ones in addition I needed them for May 15 I am not happy what to do to receive those I ordered is the white and black long-sleeved one in size 8 years

I just received the new wire for my Brushcutter. Very well packaged and protected. Multiple size choices. Great price for yarn length 👍🏼 Meets my expectations perfectly. Thank you very much to the seller and to Joom for this great product. 😁

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The blades for the brushcutter arrived after 6 weeks, well packaged and undamaged. I am very satisfied with the price and the quality, so I am happy to recommend this item and the seller.

Total disappointment, poor glue, it doesn't stick at all, the material is too stiff which leads to difficulty in adhering, after the glued everything came off!!!! Wasted money .... too bad, the effect would be nice

Sender probably didn't think of packaging as a problem before sending an item internationally. Just received it today and the handle was broken off and the packaging ruined.

Bien reçu avec tout les accessoire rien à dire juste à voire le résultat quand il sera fini merci joom voici la photo avec une fois terminer
