Two items received without any damage to the packaging. Tried it out immediately, the container was leaking fluids. I observed a small moulding fault on the edge of the transparent cylinder, which didn't allow a seal with the motor unit. This makes the unit unusable. The second unit is in good condition. Sincerely M Baecke. I've tried to arrange this via your other suggested steps, but I don't get access to anything to permit a response.
