I gave one star because I don't think it's silver, even though it has a 925 mark. Silver isn't that shiny. And, instead of the certificate in the first photo, I received a thank you card (photos 2 and 3, front, back). I think it's a company that deceives customers. After two weeks of wearing, the skin under the bracelet turns green.
