The TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) material used in the manufacture of glasses offers a number of advantages, including:

✔️ Flexibility and resistance: TPU is a flexible material that can withstand significant stresses without cracking or deforming. This makes TPU glasses resistant to mechanical damage, making them durable and long-lasting.

✔️ Ease of molding: TPU can be easily molded and adjusted to various shapes and sizes, allowing for the production of glasses with a variety of designs and styles.

✔️ Lightness: TPU is a lightweight material, which makes glasses made of this material comfortable to wear for extended periods, without excessive strain on the nose or ears.

✔️ Weather resistance: TPU is resistant to moisture, UV rays, and various chemicals. This allows glasses made of TPU to be used in various weather conditions, including intense sun, rain, or snow.

✔️ Hypoallergenic: TPU is a hypoallergenic material, which means it is unlikely to cause allergic reactions in people sensitive to certain materials.

✔️ Processability: TPU can be processed in a variety of colors and finishes, giving manufacturers a wide range of possibilities in designing and personalizing glasses.

✔️ Mechanical resistance: EMS polyamide is characterized by high mechanical resistance, which means that glasses made of this material are resistant to impacts and mechanical damage. This makes them durable and can withstand heavy use, which is especially useful for sports glasses.

✔️Lightness: Like TPU, EMS polyamide is a lightweight material, which makes the glasses comfortable to wear for long periods, even during sports activities.

✔️Temperature resistance: EMS polyamide retains its properties even under different temperature conditions, making the glasses suitable for wearing in various environments, from hot days to winter conditions.

✔️Chemical resistance: This material is also resistant to chemicals, making the glasses suitable for use in various environments, including the chemical industry or laboratories.

✔️Flexibility: EMS polyamide is a flexible material, which allows the glasses to fit different face shapes and provides additional comfort wearing.
