The package was NEVER delivered. I finally went to customs and paid the same amount again I had already paid for the shoes to get them. The seller had cheated and put another size on the shoe box, the one I had ordered. The lable underneath gave the correct size - one too big, which they are, they are one size too big. The seller did not have the ordered size, so he just cheated. The quality of the shoes is supposed to the text leather. It's only some cheap plastic and it stinks of it. No leather. The price is far too high for the pair of shoes they sent. Joom advertises on the order site that they will refund me until the 11th of November. But there is NO link or any possibility to activate any refunding. All blocked. This is the worst trade situation I have ever encountered. For them you are cheap prey, nothing else. Definitely NOT a customer.

Hello, I have received my order, but this item (like the rest of the order) is not as described or shown in the product photos. The items appear oversized and trendy in the pictures, but in reality they are very small, tight-fitting and poorly cut. The fit, style and overall appearance are significantly different from what is shown on the website. The materials and quality are also not consistent with the description and images. This issue affects all items in my order and clearly indicates that the products are not in conformity with their description and photos. I would therefore like to request a full refund. As this is my first order on Joom, I am quite disappointed with this experience. Thank you for your assistance.

Die Schuhe sind mir vorne bei den Zehen zu klein und sind demnach nicht angenehm zu tragen. Ansonsten gibt es keine Beschädingungen an den Schuhen. Die Rückgabe hat aber gar nicht funktioniert. Mit der App kann man zwar auswählen das man etwas zurückschicken möchte und welchen Artikel, aber danach kommt nichts mehr und man kann auch nicht persönlich etwas reinschreiben sondern nur gegebene Bausteine auswählen und die Rückgabe funktion ist dann schon weg. Und wenn man es über diese Webseite machen will geht es auch nicht da man auf "Ich habe eine Frage zu meiner Bestellung" klicken soll ich aber diesen Satz nicht finde und somit auch über die Webseite keine Rückgabe durchführen kann und bleibe jetzt auf den Kosten sitzen.

Slitasjemerker på kantene: Det er mange hvite slitasjemerker på sidekantene og langs den nedre ryggen, noe som tyder på hyppig forflytning av esken eller feilaktig oppbevaring. Brettinger: Det er synlige små bretter i kartongstrukturen på sideveggen og langs åpningslinjen. Jeg er knust over kjøpet fra denne annonsen. Jeg var overbevist om at jeg ville få vakre gaveesker. Men de synlige er uegnet som gave i denne tilstanden.

Dear Sir/Mad I have received this item, which it isn't in Red colours, it is In light Burgundy colours. Never mind about the colour, it is very poor quality also for the price I have paid £21.13p, which I could get this item half price of your once in here. Meanwhile this item it hasn't any packet in or out side the bag, only a small packet in side. This is advertised as an OLED screen, when in reality it is not, this appears to be an LCD screen, the recieve item also does not match the item picture nor the specs advertised, this is being fraudulently sold and advertised as OLED and I would not have purchased it if I had known it wouldnt be on arrival. The screen is not touch screen and only registers when tested as 60 hz, not 144hz, so EVERY PART OF THE ADVERT IS FALSE. The plastic in the bottom corner is also deformed and not attached to the frame, trying my best for a refund.

Cette montre ne fonctionne pas , la couronne de remontoir est faussée , en tournant la couronne pour remonter la montre cela tourne à moitié dans le vide avec un bruit de claquement , l'aiguille du sous compteur à 10 heures s'est détachée et se ballade dans le cadran . Remboursement demandée depuis le 2 juin sans réponse de JOOM. Mise à jour avis le 26 juin 2026 : JOOM vient de me confirmer le remboursement intégral de la montre . OUF
