• [Easy to install] da64v iscv set includes: 1 x idle air control valve, 1 x washer. Since the Suzuki ISC valve is specially designed, it can be installed as is without any modification. *The idle controller needs to be matched to the ECU computer board after installation. At idle, you need to press the throttle deeply. Typically you can match at speeds of around 3k rpm. *This product is a replacement part for a car, and manual replacement may be difficult to some extent. The installer must know how to install and use it, so check the details page for compatible vehicles. For normal use, it must be installed correctly. [Confirmation items] *This is not a genuine product. *Bolts are not included. Please use genuine bolts.
• 【High-quality materials】: Wagon R mh22s iscv is made of high-quality metal and plastic materials, solid, wear-resistant and strong impact resistance. High-quality nitrile rubber is used for the seal, and the 6-terminal design provides stable characteristics and maintains a stable idle speed. *The spring part of the Suzuki ISC valve is made of iron and is coated with oil to prevent oxidation. Mild oxidation and rust can be removed by wiping with a paper towel and will not affect functionality or service life.
• [MH23S ISCV Features and Functionality] Every da64v idle speed control valve is installed on the throttle bypass pipe, and works with the vehicle's ECU to electrically adjust the air flow to the engine to ensure smooth idling. It also serves to prevent engine speed from decreasing when the air conditioner is running. If your car idles erratically, the engine shakes or vibrates, or the engine fault light comes on, a damaged idle valve may be the culprit. In order to use your precious car for a long time, please use it as a repair part during inspection and maintenance. [Others/Notes] *Please carefully check the appearance and dimensions of the product to make sure it matches the original product. Please note that even if the compatible car models are the same, products with different appearances may not be compatible.
• [Quality Assurance] This product is a replacement part for a car, and manual replacement may be difficult to some extent. After installing the Suzuki ISC valve, the idle speed will be stable, but if the engine sometimes vibrates, there are three possible causes: [1] the idle speed switch is not closed, [2] a defective idle speed control valve, and [3] leakage from the intake pipe. We recommend adjusting the throttle position sensor first and then driving for a while to match the motor and computer insurance. The product has a 1 year warranty.
