Soft, pale Lokta paper gives this small notebook the quiet feel of a desk kept for thoughtful things. The handmade cover is set with pressed dried flowers, with a slim pencil held ready on the front, so it invites little lists, travel notes, sketches and words caught before they disappear.
Botanical cover, pencil close to hand
The cover has a natural, fibrous surface with tiny flecks and pressed flower details visible in the paper.
The pencil sits neatly against the cover, ready for quick notes on a train, at a café table or beside the bed.
Its soft cream tone feels calm rather than busy, leaving the flowers to bring the quiet detail.
Each cover is slightly different, so the flower placement and natural markings will vary from piece to piece.
Lokta paper with a natural touch
Made from Lokta paper, this notebook has tactile charm. The cover is handmade and embedded with real dried flowers, giving it a gentle botanical look rather than a printed pattern.
For notes that deserve a slower moment
Keep it somewhere you naturally pause: beside your morning tea, in a bag for small observations, or on a bedside table for thoughts at the end of the day. Use the pencil for lists, rough sketches, names, dates and fragments you want to return to later.
Store it dry and away from damp surfaces. The natural paper cover is best handled with clean, dry hands, and the pressed flowers should be treated gently.
A small paper tradition from Nepal
Lokta paper is closely associated with Nepalese craft, where it has long been valued for its distinctive handmade texture. In a notebook like this, the material gives ordinary writing a more grounded feeling: less like filling a form, more like keeping a small personal record. The pressed flowers add a quiet botanical note, making each piece feel individual without becoming ornate.
