This is a commercial version of the fully heavy-coupled DD51 1000 series with a two-piece radiator cover. The front window reproduces the appearance of the B cold weather specification, equipped with wipers, snowplows, and whistle covers. It reproduces the form with a fan cover on the roof and a ventilator on one end. The jumper plug receptacle in the front handrail is reproduced in white. Headlights light up (using warm white LED). Arnold couplers are standard equipment, and a replacement knuckle coupler is included. The block-type number plate is reproduced. Numbers are selectable: "1133", "1170", "1172", "1181".
