Despite its compact size that won't get in the way of setup, it features a 4K-compatible capture board, a high-quality audio interface, and control buttons that can be operated with one hand. For video capture, it supports 4K/30fps recording, 4K/60fps HDR pass-through, and variable refresh rate (VRR). Its high-resolution, smooth video provides a comfortable streaming environment in a wide range of situations, including content distribution, game commentary, podcasts, and business presentations. For audio, it features a Neutrik® combo jack for connecting a microphone (XLR) or instrument (line), a headset input, and wireless microphone reception functionality. The ultra-low-noise, high-gain REVOLUTION™ preamp and built-in DSP with APHEX® audio processing enable versatile sound creation. Headphones or a headset can be connected to the device for lag-free audio monitoring. The right side of the unit features four "SMART pads" that allow you to switch between samplers and audio effects, as well as send MIDI messages, providing exceptional operability. No special drivers are required; simply connect to your computer with the included USB cable and you're ready to go.

In addition to connecting microphones (XLR), instruments (line), and headsets, you can also use the unit as a receiver with a Wireless Me or Wireless Go II transmitter for clear wireless audio input. Furthermore, the Wireless Me's built-in Gain Assist function can be enabled to automatically control input gain, preventing sudden distortion even from loud voices and ensuring your broadcast is always at an appropriate level that is easy to hear.

Microphone input switching and level adjustment are controlled using the knob on the unit. Using the virtual audio mixer software "UNIFY"*, you can enable and control all audio input channels. *UNIFY is an application provided by LORD and is available free of charge when you connect StreamerX.

Supports streaming and recording of all content. This versatile device can be used for a wide range of purposes, regardless of the content or setup. Simple operation makes it suitable for a wide range of applications, from game commentary and broadcasting with clear and smooth video to high-quality broadcasts using DSLR or mirrorless cameras and business presentations. A 1/4-inch screw hole on the back of the unit allows for tabletop mounting, clamp mounting, or tripod mounting. Its compact size makes it portable and convenient for streaming and recording on the go.

Smooth video and audio control at your fingertips Despite its compact size that doesn't take up much desk space, you can control all settings at your fingertips. Features dedicated knobs for microphone and headphone level adjustment, audio/video mute switches, and four large, colorful SMART pads. Each of the four SMART pads can register up to 16 banks, allowing you to instantly switch between audio effects such as reverb, echo, pitch, and robot voice, send MIDI messages to external software, and set mixer operations like fade-ins and fade-outs. Of course, you can also play sound effects, background music, samples, jingles, and more.

Apps for even greater convenience By combining the Streamer-X with RØDE Central or UNIFY, you can maximize its functionality. Both apps can be downloaded from the RØDE Microphones website.

RØDE Central This application is provided free of charge by RØDE. In addition to firmware updates, it allows you to adjust LED brightness and detailed settings for each audio channel. It also allows you to import and export sounds to the SMART pads and perform various other operations from your computer.

UNIFY This is virtual audio mixer software for streaming and gaming provided by RØDE. It can be used free of charge by connecting the Streamer-X to your computer. In addition to flexible mixing and input/output routing, it features APHEX® audio processing, audio effects, and various SMART pad settings.
