The color is really pretty and I love it however it is cracked in several places and the product got smeared everywhere. I hope it won't dry out. It would be nice if more care would be put into packaging, some bubble wrap around the product would have been nice. It was just placed into a small package with bubble wrap on its sides, but as it can be seen, that didn't protect it so I had to clean it a lot and am a bit upset too that it is cracked. If it will be wrapped around the product too, there will be no issues. Overall, I like it and I will give it 5 stars even though there was this mishap, but I hope there won't be any issues in the near future. PS: Buchloe BF is not my country of destination as the message I got from them said so not sure where the problem occured, but because of that it arrived 1 month later than expected. It came today - 2021.05.26 instead of a few days later when the message came - 2021.04.28 (I ordered it on the 1st of April) which means it got stuck in Buchloe BF for an extra month. Not sure what happened, but I wanted to mention this as it might have happened to others too or it could happen again.

The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that it camebroken - I think because of the bad packaging - it was packed in only one package. Die Crystall Collage Gel, sind innert 3 Wochen gut verpackt angekommen. Da ich extreme Augen Ringe ( dunkle Verfärbungen ) habe, und eigentlich noch nichts dafür genützt hat, wollte ich diese unbedingt probieren. Es hat eine angenehme Kühlung gegeben. Was aber schon alles war. Hatte mir wirklich mehr erhofft. Denn nur mit einer Wirkung welche kühlt, weiss ich, daß keine weitere Verbesserung passieren wird. Denn zum kühlen hatte ich schon andere Produkte gehabt. Dort hiess es auch, die Augen Ringe werden etwas weniger werden. Doch leider sieht immer noch alles gleich aus. Würde dieses Produkt nicht weiter empfehlen. Auch wenn es so günstig erscheint. Man bräuchte ja nicht nur eine Collagen Gel. Aber wer weiss, vielleicht finde ich ja noch das richtige Produkt damit ich meine Augen Ringe nicht mehr weg schminken muss. Das wäre mein Traum.

Llegó rápido, y me gustó el producto, si es verdad que es indoloro y te quita todo, solo que hay que tener paciencia y a mi personalmente me pasó qué estaba todo bien, me bañé con agua caliente y no ardió ni nada, todo excelente hasta el momento en el que quise hidratar mi piel con una crema y solo servía para piel "normal" entonces se me irritó y empezó a dolerme mucho, hace 3 días que use el producto y me pasó eso pero cabe aclarar que fue la crema que me causó eso y que tengo la piel un poco sensible a lo mejor asi que mi puntaje del 1 al 10 creo que sería un 8 porque si me gustó pero hay que tener paciencia y comodidad al momento de hacerlo para no cansar los brazos, y cuidado con lo que nos ponemos en nuestra piel . saludos

Das Augenbrauenfärbemittel ist nach 21 Tagen angekommen . Es soll wenn es trocken ist abgezogen werden . Es ist in ein Plastikfläschchen gefüllt was aussieht wie eine Rotweinflasche ( steht sogar drauf ) normalerweise färbe ich meine Augenbrauen hin und wieder mit Haarfarbe und wollte das jetzt mal probieren . Es ist keine Färbung das lässt sich wieder abwaschen also mach ich weiterhin mit Wimpertusche erst die Wimpern dann die Augenbrauen . Aso für mich ein Fehlkauf 🤔

Son 3 pinceles para pintar las uñas. Son muy finitos y de diferentes tamaños de largo cada uno, para tener variedad. Aún no los he estrenado pero se ve que están bien de calidad y que son muy finos y precisos así que estoy contenta, creo que van a cumplir su función perfectamente. Además me gustaron los mangos que tienen porque son preciosos 😍 Vienen en su envase de plástico para guardarlos ahí si quieres y con su tapa protectora como cuidar el pelo del pincel 👌🏻
